Starting Weekly Coffee Shops Reviews

I’ve been thinking, since I drink a lot of coffee and I’ve had some trouble finding spots to get said coffee, I will try to put together an Orange County Guide for Coffee Lovers to get an idea of what It’s like to visit some of these shops and where to find these shops. I would like to let everyone know ahead of time, that I do not know anything about coffee and/or it’s taste. I really enjoy drinking coffee and visiting coffee shops to unwind a bit, sit down, down an ice latte and maybe check some emails in the meantime. I would like to break down the “Review” into different categories. Let’s see if we can get his right on the first time. Here are some categories I would like to start with

-Location: How hard is this location to Find and get to? is it in an easy location like a mall or have to go park under the golden tree and walk under the bridge to the secret door?

-Ease of Access: ( Parking lot, or have to fight someone for a spot on the street? Paid Parking structure? or busy lot in middle of shopping center)

-Foot Traffic: how busy this location was during my visit, was it packed with kids after school? is it more hipster crowd? or elderly people hanging around? or is this the creators wet dream where there are people blogging, posting and making content throughout the location.

-Appearance of Location: How clean is it, how well lit it is, is the bar clean and organized or do we have spilled milk all over the place

-Seating: How man seats are available inside, how many seats are available outside if applicable

-Cashier/Barista: Greet as soon as I walk in? What is their attitude like? customer service and able to suggest and help with any menu questions.

-Speed of Service: How quickly do you get your drink after you order it.

-Order Quality and accuracy: What is the quality of the drink, how does it taste, temp and was it exactly how it was ordered?

-Restrooms: Are there restrooms at site? if so, how many. How clean are restrooms and are they stocked and ready for customer use

-Overall Grade (This will Vary as we keep moving along, but If it just goes completely off the rails, I will eventually have to comeback and redo some of the scoring with the updated added on to the edit with also showing the old score.

I think I will Also, try to come back and give a second chance to most of the shops and give an updated and second chance score vs their original score. We’ll see how this goes and if I can keep it from getting too crazy…
